Kathy Ryan: I must say we fell in love with the people of Angola, especially the children living at the orphanage run by Irma (Sister) Domingas. Sister Domingas' dedication to helping children in need is Amazing! In addition to food and shelter, Irma has developed many schools as well as adult literacy and micro-economy programs. Angola has beautiful brightly colored fabrics. Many vendors have the multi-colored cotton piled high, we look forward to seeing them in a Taaluma Tote!
Since returning back stateside, I have been very active with the http://www.sisterdomingas.org foundation located here in the USA. Some of the proceeds from these Angolan Taaluma Totes will be going
directly to the orphanage in Luanda, Angola.
