Uwezo-Shinyanga Group's story
Anna is 46 years old, a widowed mother, and blessed with three children who are still in school. She is a food vendor, selling local foods such Ugali, rice, beans, vegetables and fresh fruits. She has been running this business for 15 years, opening from 6:00 a.m. and closing at 19:00 p.m. daily. She earns a profit.
This will be Anna's first loan request from Tujijenge Tanzania. She is applying for this loan to buy tables, chairs and food items for her business to grow.
Her dream is to open a restaurant someday.
Anna will share a portion of this loan with her loan group partner in the "Uwezo-Shinyanga" Group; they promise to pay back the loan.
