Nursel's story
Nursel is married and the mother of four children In order to make a contribution to the family budget, she runs a business making manti (a Turkish ravioli) at home and selling them. She uses some of the money she earns to pay for her children's education. Nursel will use this loan to buy more flour and meat so that she can make more ravioli to sell to her customers.
