A loan helped to purchase more fish to increase her business.

Daniella's story

Meet 42 year old Daniella from Tombo branch. She is a married with 5 children between the ages of 7 and 22 years old. Four of them are currently attending school.

Daniella runs a fish business and sells raw and smoked fish to her customers around the community. She has been in this business for the past 8 years now and work 12 hours per day and 6 days a week. Her other source of income is from her husband. her main challenge is storage facility and transportation problem.

Daniella requested this loan from BRAC to purchase more fish to increase her business. She says that the extra income from this loan will help to take care of her family.

In the next 5 years she wants to expand to a big store. She says thanks and appreciation to BRAC and Kiva community for their supports.
